1 cup White Sugar
¾ cup Lemon Juice
¼ cup Water
¼ cup Coriander, finely chopped
¼ cup Parsley, finely chopped
¼ cup Basil, finely chopped
¼ cup Spring Onion, thinly sliced
• Add sugar, water and lemon juice to a saucepan
   and slowly reduce on a medium heat until the
   syrup has reached a ¼ of its volume. Take off the
   heat and allow it to cool to room temperature.
• Add herbs and spring onion and serve.
